Biography
Mohammad Sadoghi is a Ph.D student working with Professor Hans-Arno Jacobsen in Computer Science at the University of Toronto, and he is a member of Middleware Systems Research Group (MSRG) and Database Group. He is the recipient of the Ontario Graduate Scholarship (2006-2007) and the NSERC Canada Graduate Scholarship (2007-2008, 2009-2011).

Mohammad current research interests includes, high-dimensional indexing in co-spaces and scalable event matching in distributed event-based systems. His previous research interests focused on data exchange; model management; and data quality, uncertainty, and inconsistency that arise while integrating heterogeneous data sources.

Mohammad received his BSc (2006) and MSc (2008) from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto under supervision of Prof. Renée J. Miller. Prior to his Ph.D program, he also worked as a senior developer/architect at Intact Insurance (Toronto) and was engaged in building Enterprise Content Management Solution (ECM). He also worked as a software developer and was involved in various R&D projects in IBM (Toronto), Tallan (New York), and Alliance Atlantis Communications (Toronto).
